ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

DISCOUNTS & ALLOWANCES:

Discounts and allowances (Coupon code, Promo code, Gift card code, Adjustment code, App discount, Occasional offers or sign-up offer etc.) are reductions of the basic price of products or services. The value of the discount coupon or gift card will not be refunded on returns or exchanges after using for a successful order from Smart Deal. Users having multiple accounts under the same Cell Phone number, or email address cannot avail the discounts or offers more than once, as is the policy. Promotional SMS may only contain the main content of the offer but terms and conditions are mentioned on the website. Smart Deal holds the right to change/revise/modify any Discount offers OR Promotional Allowances without prior notice. Customer is entitled to comply accordingly. Customers cannot avail multiple discounts offers in a single order. For example, if a customer uses 2X vouchers then he cannot use reward points or any other discount along with the ordered item.

If we reasonably believe that any voucher is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any voucher/order and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Smart Deal holds the right to change/revise/modify any Discount offers OR Promotional Allowances without prior notice. Customer is entitled to comply accordingly. PROHIBITED USES:

(ঙ) লিঙ্গ, যৌন অভিযোজন, ধর্ম, জাতিসত্তা, জাতি, বয়স, জাতীয় উত্স, বা অক্ষমতার ভিত্তিতে হয়রানি, অপমান, অপমান, ক্ষতি, মানহানি, অপবাদ, অপমান, ভীতি প্রদর্শন বা বৈষম্য করা;

(চ) মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য দাখিল করা;

(জ) অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ বা ট্র্যাক করা;

(i) স্প্যাম, ফিশ, ফার্ম, অজুহাত, মাকড়সার হামাগুড়ি বা স্ক্র্যাপ করা;

(j) কোন অশ্লীল বা অনৈতিক উদ্দেশ্যে; বা

(ট) পরিষেবার নিরাপত্তা বৈশিষ্ট্য বা কোনো সম্পর্কিত ওয়েবসাইট, অন্যান্য ওয়েবসাইট বা ইন্টারনেটে হস্তক্ষেপ করা বা বাধা দেওয়া।

আমরা আপনার পরিষেবা বা কোনও সম্পর্কিত ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি যে কোনও নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার লঙ্ঘনের জন্য।


SECURITY AND FRAUD:

When you use a voucher, you warrant to Smart Deal that you are the duly authorized recipient of the voucher and that you are using it in good faith.

If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of voucher to obtain discounts to which you are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence

If we reasonably believe that any voucher is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any voucher/order and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Smart Deal reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.

In no case shall Bangla Green, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, vendors, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not  to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

However, any use of the product that results in any injury, loss, or damage whether direct or indirect, will not make Smart Deal liable for providing servicing facilities provided that, such direct or indirect use and the results thereof, is not covered nor supported by the provisions under the products accompanying Warranty.

As a user of the website and the services therein, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Bangla Green harmless and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or any documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
